The Formula for a Great Answer
When you are asked the question, "Tell Me About Yourself", there is a formula that I recommend. The video provides a great overview of the answer. In addition to the video, the image is an outline of a great answer.
Even if you are a college graduate with no work experience, you can share your leadership in student organizations, volunteer activities and even class projects.
When sharing about yourself, always share with enthusiasm and excitement!
Preparation for your job interview is key. Write your answer then practice speaking your answer. It's not enough to only write an answer to this question. Full preparation includes saying the answer. It might feel strange, but you will be prepared.
